CANCELLATION POLICY

LATE CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW Bleuprint Hair Studio reserves the right to charge a fee of 30% of the booked services for no-shows and cancellations received within 48 hours of the appointment start time. Your card on file will be charged and it must be paid before booking future appointments. Salon also reserves the right to request a deposit from or refuse service to clients when this becomes habitual. LATE ARRIVAL Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment time depending on subsequent booked appointments for the day. Please understand that I cannot adjust pricing due to late arrival. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to treat the appointment as a no-show and a fee of 30% of the booked services will be charged. CLIENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE Bleuprint Hair Studio takes pride and stands by any work performed. If for any reason you are not fully happy with the outcome of your salon treatment, please let me know asap. I do not offer any refunds on services provided, but I am more than glad to offer any adjustments or touch ups needed at no charge to you if I am notified within three days of the original appointment. Please note that this guarantee becomes void if client goes to another salon or stylist before returning to Bleuprint.
